Enter Phone Number
The customer enters their mobile phone number on a forward-facing point-of-sale screen.
SMS Disclosure
A clear SMS disclosure explains that informational rewards balance notifications will be sent.
Confirm or Decline
The customer selects Confirm to proceed or Decline to cancel enrollment.
Reply YES to Enroll
After submitting their number, the customer receives a confirmation message and must reply YES to confirm consent before any rewards notifications are sent.
No messages are sent unless the YES confirmation is received and recorded.
